The Dallas Farmer’s Market commissioned Sean Starr to develop and execute a concept that would work at the entrance to the Market. Sean’s concept was to create two life-size “billboards” that looked like they would have been around to advertise the original market in the 1940s.
Each of these pieces measures 8 foot in height by 24 feet wide and consist of exterior grade plywood sign panels and distressed framing that were then installed on wood framing attached to the building’s exterior walls.
